We launched the first Caption by Hyatt hotel in Australia with an exciting brand campaign and a first-of-its-kind rewards program.


Situated in the heart of Sydney's most vibrant neighbourhood, Haymarket, Caption by Hyatt wanted to welcome guests to the hotel and the local area itself.
To encourage guests to immerse themselves in the kaleidoscope of people, small businesses, and culture of Chinatown, we created a new brand platform that sparked curiosity and FOMO at the same time: Be Part Of It.


A hyper-local rewards program incentivised guests to explore the neighbourhood.
A hyper-local rewards program incentivised guests to get out of their beautiful rooms and explore the neighbourhood, spending some time (and money) with small businesses and the local legends who own them, rewarding their intrepid exploration with meal and drink credit at Talk Shop, the hotel's all-day hangout.
We captured the attention of the travel and mainstream press, with journalists and influencers lining the street to Be Part Of the hotel's official launch party. Beyond the launch, we also captured a cohesive series of lifestyle content for ongoing owned communications and organic social campaigns, as well as a full menu of food and beverage photography for Talk Shop.
